OK… so we (Microsoft) and pretty much every other company that needs smart technical people are battling with Google for top talent. Google’s pitch is basically, “We’re the shiznit.” Everyone else pretty much blathers about the “overall compensation package” and focuses on the 2-3 things that are better than Google. For example, here at Microsoft, we’ll be sure to highlight that our benefits are better than pretty much every other company and socialist government, including Google. I haven’t paid a co-pay for anything in years, and it’s frickin’ great.

However, I came across this gem from Meetup - and I gotta say, even though I love my job, this makes me want to work for them. Even if there are no options in the Meetup toilet. I suppose I could live with that.
